Furniture City 2.0
A long-awaited revival for a local furniture store that has been around for 30 years.
Setup & context
Furniture City has been on the market for over 30 years, serving the South West San Antonio community. After all this time, the business had unfortunately fallen into a state of neglect and oblivion.
The challenge & problem PROCESS
This store, with three different owners and administrations, lacked a brand, signage, and advertising. It was stuck in the 80s, struggling to attract customers and maintain sales.
Launch, impact, results
With a brand new ownership and the costumer experience as their main focus, an urgen brand rebuilt was due. My strategy centered in reimagining the whore customer journey, providing a brand new identity, with new logo, renewed product lineup, remodeled showroom and a new e-commerce.
On top of the renovations I started a strategic plan to put the store on the digital map, by creating and optimizing their social media pages, Google Merchant Center and creating digital campaigns.
