Small actions lead to big changes: Jeanious Co

Taking the lead among SEARS' fashion owned brands.

SEARS Mexico owns a collection of fashion brands, including Jeanious Co., a brand focused on basic essentials for the entire family.

The challenge & problem PROCESS

The challenge was to position Jeanious Co. within an environment dominated by other represented brands, especially since owned brands often lack the budget to compete effectively with the big ones.

Launch, impact, results

To address this, we developed a strategic plan that involved planned productions and content creation for Jeanious Co.’s Instagram profile. We launched two season campaigns featuring OOH and POS ads and defined a relatable brand strategy to connect with its target audience.

We were fortunate to have taken Jeanious Co.’s Instagram followers base from around 200 to over 2000 in just a few months. This success also inspired other owned brands within SEARS Mexico to adopt similar strategies. By the end of Q1 2025 the brand reported an increase in sales of 14% in 2024.
